Is God’s love sufficient for animals? Yes, it very clearly is.
In the book of Genesis chapter 6-9, God tells Noah to build an ark for him and his family in preparation for a catastrophic flood that would destroy every living thing on earth.
God also instructed Noah to bring into the ark two of all living creatures, both male and female, along with every kind of food to be stored for the animals and his family while on the ark.
Noah obeyed everything God commanded him to do. We know that the rains came, and there was a great flood. Noah and all the animals in the ark were saved.
If God did not care about animals, they would have all drowned in the flood as well, but he valued them and wanted to preserve them as well.
Remember to bring your pets for the upcoming Pet Blessing which will be on Sunday, October 9th from 1 pm to 4 pm at the Church.
